Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Insights Pro (the "Service"), provided by Lighthouse AG ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Insights Pro is an invitation-only, business-to-business platform. Accounts are provisioned by Lighthouse AG or by an administrator of your organization. You may not create an account without invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Your content
You retain full ownership of any data you upload, draw, import, or otherwise submit to the Service ("Your Content"), including but not limited to field polygons, budgets, chemical application records, and ESG reports. By uploading Your Content you grant us a limited license to host, transmit, process and display it solely to provide the Service to you and users within your tenant.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not use it to train machine-learning models outside your tenant. We do not sell or share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors required to run the Service (see our Privacy Policy).
3. Tenant separation
The Service is multi-tenant. You will only be able to access data belonging to the tenant(s) to which your account is explicitly assigned. You agree not to attempt to access, query or exfiltrate data belonging to another tenant.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except via a coordinated responsible-disclosure process
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law
- Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful communications
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to any third party without our written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase (database, auth), Vercel (hosting), Google (OAuth, optional), Microsoft Entra ID (OAuth, optional), and the European Space Agency's Copernicus Data Space (Sentinel-2 satellite imagery). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. Data accuracy and professional advice
The Service surfaces analytics, benchmarks, satellite-derived vegetation indices, and other computed insights. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute agronomic, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information displayed in the Service.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SATELLITE DATA, BENCHMARKS, OR ANY COMPUTED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHTHOUSE AG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO LIGHTHOUSE AG IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or for operational reasons. Upon termination you may request an export of Your Content within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
